Return and Refund Policy

In-stock materials are eligible for return and refund within 14 days of delivery or pick up date as long as they are in 100% original resellable condition. Decks Toronto reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Decks Toronto will use the same means of payment as the customer used for the order, and the customer will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
The customer is responsible for the return of the material the location where the material was purchased from or to 71 Buttermill Ave, Concord, ON if it was delivered. If a customer is unable to return the material, a delivery can be negotiated for a fee.
Between 14 and 30 days after delivery or pick up, the purchased material that meets the return conditions are eligible for a refund with a 20% restocking fee.
30 days after delivery, a customer cannot return any materials for a refund or exchange.
Any special order items require a 30% non-refundable deposit to place the order.
Special order items cannot be returned and refunded after a deposit has been made.
Other situations will be evaluated on an individual case basis by Decks Toronto.

Please note Decks Toronto does not take responsibility for the accuracy of material list calculations. Customer is to verify all calculations and material quantities. Our regular return and exchange policies apply to all materials calculated by Decks Toronto. Customers are also responsible for ensuring code compliance of all deck components.
